The Will of the Alliance skill will be added to certain characters that are missing it after completing the quest. Which characters are missing it? Unless they mean the Nova and Sengoku classes, but I don't think they are supposed to get them?
A fix will be made for certain accounts that are unable to create or delete characters in specific worlds.
Screw Kaisers being unable to unequip their secondary weapon, they are overpowered enough.
