Was in the 1.5th ish percentile for weight ~5months ago? for my age group. Height was like 50-60th percentile. Supposed to be within the same percentiles for weight/height.
My mother keeps freaking out every time she thinks about it and keeps telling me I'm going to get hospitalized. Not sure if she's overreacting or if it's a possibility... >____<
It's not exactly something I can talk about with friends, either. Everyone else is trying to lose weight and I'm struggling to gain weight. Especially girls. Gotta be careful not to mention that around them.
If your aiming to gain wight you might want to eat 3 somewhat larger meals a day. The more consistent you eat the better your metabolism and thus the more likely you are to lose weight.
