ShiKage's Ultimate Hayato Guide

I don't know, I have Willow Dodge maxed and I don't get any buff and the increase in damage doesn't appear. I use the 15% total damage Beginner skill and I notice it but If I dc and cast Dankuusen for example I don't notice any change, even when I stay surrounded by mobs for like 2 mins...

I maxed it also, and did not notice it once while training at jesters, but it would activate infrequently at aliens and often enough at lhc were i dont 1hko the crokies. Where are you training? there may be a glitch and a way around it?
