Just did a little test. Firstly, The marvel machine notices are on a 10 minute timer (as we all know), and it's across servers. However, I noticed that the notices play at slightly different times on each server. A message would show up roughly 3 minutes later on my Demethos character than my Bera character. Secondly, from my experience, the notices for the items I won (which were all in the afternoon when most people are playing) usually showed up within 5-30 minutes in the notice, meaning that not a lot of people actually win. You may see that a lot of people are saying that they won a Tyrant equip within 11 spins, but there are probably ten times as many people that did not win anything at all. After all, who would brag about winning a few penguin quest completers and some buff freezers?
