Defense Break (4th): no longer gives a chance to ignore 100% of a monsters defense, now permanently ignores 25% of a monsters defense as well as their elemental resistances
What does this last part really do? Elemental resistance? Since when did this matter to a job that has no elementals?
Or is this seriously only a buff towards elemental knights..?
