I was meaning under the circumstance they remove the cooldown for it. (why did a cooldown get added in the first place? I was on maple hiatus during those nerfs) I see what you mean about that problem though.
Overall I think there's no point in there being a cooldown on it period when the buffs get autodispelled when you switch skills in the first place.
