Aren't all those notices fake and on timers?

We established this during the Mystic Gate event (I used the notices to time the mystic gate runs )

Girasol said that while the notices are on a timer, the equips are in fact obtained. I'll just put that out there, someone will inevitably say, "That's what he gets paid to say," or mention the initial cannon that was observed when Marvel was still "closed" (maybe a test?) or raise some other skeptical argument, I don't care. I'm just repeating what I read before.
