With that being said, I feel that Rand Paul's thirteen hour filibuster was futile, to say the least. In many situations, drones are far more effective at removing threats than human soldiers in such a way that the mechanization of the military makes these procedures much more practical and cost-effective. The primary attribute I sense from this man--much like many of his fellow right-wing politicians--is fear. I commend him for his efforts, but I entirely disagree with his sentiments.
...If you read all of the posts, the reason the military was not brought up in that single post was because it was already confronted. The armed forces are not happy with the boss right now especially with the budget cuts in their sector. (see cancellation of aircraft carrier to set off).
You do realize we have the magne carte that entirely conflicts with everything you say right? Seriously dude, please read the entirity of the discussion before coming up to rehash crap/old arguments.
