cuz 10% attack/magic is the same as ur range goes up by 10% do the math u will know y

I've heard that 10% (m)/attack is the same as 10% range before but I don't understand it. Because attack isn't the only thing your range depends on, so it's confusing to me.

and do you have addtional potential that give you % attack / magic?

I have ~21% total damage (31 if you include link) and ~155% boss damage.
