Usually, mature girls are usually rather shy about that stuff, and won't discuss it with their friends.. also, they won't act like they're horny or crave sex either, even to their own boyfriend. It's usually the quiet and calm ones (that likes to tease you...) that ends up most likely being best in bed. *;]* @ my gf

I don't think there's anything wrong personally discussing that stuff with girls. Of course, you talk to girls that you know well, not just acquaintances. As long as you approach it in a "mature" way, it's alright. (Of course, screaming 'I'm horny' is out of line.) Who else would listen to us? Our mothers? Our boyfriends? Or should we just keep it to ourselves and shun ourselves in darkness when there is nothing wrong talking about something natural?

If it's immature for girls, are guys who talk about sex deemed as immature too?

And talking about yeast infections is just nasty, btw. XD
