About Crazy Mode Ranmaru, he doesn't seem to gain any gimmicks really, he looks like he just has boosted stats. Since we have OP Angelic Busters and Kaisers with their Hyper Skills in this server, I don't think it should be much of a problem.
According to the extractions, he has a screen crack skill like Arkarium.
