Shouldnt it be obvious by now? Von leon, ht, zak, pink bean, all these bosses have outdated items (even the chaos versions at this point, especially zak). With the exception of CHTP for versions who dont have MoN that can be potted, but even then a scrolled pvp neck is better than chtp neck for non xenon ofc. I dont care if the item needs a sok or a psok after you use it, at least make items tradeable once before you equip them, not 100% untradeable so you cannot even sell them.
Would nexon lose money on making these items tradeable till you equip them? No, because nobody is going to hunt them with this current state. Everytime a new job comes out and my friends ask me if I could help them get a czak, you know what I tell them? Go fm and buy a empress hat for 20m instead, its better and probably cheaper (seeing how I'd either have to sok them the czak hat or they need to go through some wheels to get it).
Worst part of ht is the stupid 12 man limit or there wont be any drops at all (at least in ems). They spend too much time thinking of ways to prevent hacked equips in fm that it ruins the legit community.
