Chavez was a ruthless leader with a lot of charisma and likability. His country was unquestionably loyal to him.
Though I don't expect to see any major policy changes from the new leadership, I'm really eager to watch the transition of power and curious to see what his successor will do. Some say that Chavez's VP was even more extreme than him.
