Currently you can't do that and it's considered murder which in, a lot of circumstances, is ridiculous
It just irritates me to no end when people object to such ideas on the grounds that "a life is a life and shouldn't be taken" without even considering the consequences or circumstances (i'm using big words today) of that person or the people involved with them.
It's that pathetic narrow minded thinking that is holding society back. They are so stuck in their ways and focus on the "big picture" rather than the small details which are important.
