Honestly speaking, I'm interesting in this as well, you know, GMS dub sucks.
Probably it will not as easy as replacing voice files only :\ (not really sure though)
But i know that CMS' Lumi, Kaiser and AB have no voice, so they "patch" the voice file into their maple folder.
It is something like hack actually. However, once a new game client patch arrives, you need to re-patch again.
