B-b-b-b-b-but i did! I wasted like 5 actives to get her only to be fucked by malphite that came out of nowhere. This is all in TT:
First i respawned, Cho and Quinn where mauling our inhi, one of my teammates gets cho and i start running for Quinn, I Q'ed out of my Fountain then used ghost, then i managed to catch to her, she proceeds to using her blade of ruined king active on me but i still give chase, then i managed to use a second Q to catch her once again and proceed to ult her, get a few potshots but she vaults (I used my Randuin before she could), used i think a third Q or my own blade of the ruined king to try and get her once again, but when we reached her altar fucking malphite comes crashing down, i remember saying YOLO what the hell maybe i could kill her (She was like 500 hp or less) then escape malphite, but i regret that line of thinking since she fucking blinds me (Yeh i forgot that pomegranate), and that little blind was enough for her and malphite to finish me off :/. I was like full health all the time until i reached their altar where i was like 80% or so.
Lesson of the story: If you are a champion who relies on his Auto attacks to kill someone, don't commit too much in chasing quinn or you are going to have a bad time.
Funstory: We managed to win that game after a series of grueling teamfights under Vile maw, after the 3rd or 5th fight we managed to kill them without a single casualty and it was enough to push all the way to their nexus.
