Summarized %/s List

%/s is damage that you do. You only need to multiply it by your range. M/s stands for million per sec, assuming doing damage cap for every hit. (in most cases it/s hit per second *50m(unlimited)/1m(tempest and lower))
Example :
15k attack range
4500%/s

15k*4500% = 675k/s

So,to know how much range I would need to hit cap on a WA I would have to do this?:
999999/15290%= 6540.21582734
6540 range?
Isn't that a way to low?... I must be doing something wrong?

FYI, I'm trying to figure how hard it would be to fund a WA. ^^
