Summarized %/s List

Maybe a stupid question, but what do the numbers under %/s stand for? Same goes for 100% boss and 200% boss. m/s = mill per second?

%/s is damage that you do. You only need to multiply it by your range. M/s stands for million per sec, assuming doing damage cap for every hit. (in most cases it/s hit per second *50m(unlimited)/1m(tempest and lower))
Example :
15k attack range
4500%/s

15k*4500% = 675k/s
