i guess that guy must have truckloads of boss dmg % ..

I doubt many people in KMS have over 175-200% Boss (note that KMS doesn't have Nebulites), so even if he's somewhere in that range he'd still have to have tons of % Int/M.Att/Int to put out that kind of damage.
