That's only 37 points, which still leaves 24. Corkscrew does the most damage out of any of your skills so it's logical to put 19 to that next. It also gets much better range as it goes up. Backspin still stuns, hits 3 and has its maximum range at level 1 so it can wait a little bit.
In CPQ, I'm often waiting for the monsters to respawn so I charge up corkscrew. As soon as it spawns, it's a high damage attack that helps form groups for backflip kick. I'd probably go 1 DU for a front-facing stun and the other 4 for backspin with the rest of the points but I'm only 42.
The charge up was my only concern. Lv 1 Screw does have pathetic range, so I'm glad to hear it goes up. xD
I'm currently Dexless so I'ma try for 20 Mastery. D;
