If your comment was geared strictly towards bossing, then by all means, I have nothing to comment on. But your original statement sure looked like some generic remark trying to encompass the entire population. If you believe otherwise, then cool. However, no amount of justification will change how I interpreted it (and vice versa).
Let's leave it at that.
