I did Empress today, I didn't use Final Trans at all during the fight. Majesty -> Tempest Blades -> Wingbeat -> Wingbeat -> Wingbeat -> Giga Command = Full gauge by the 20-25sec mark. Final Form lasts 90sec, which is CD of Majesty.
The ONLY bosses that warrants Majesty's full use are Empress, PB, and CPB. Even then, tracking Emp's DR timer is hella easy. So hard counting 80 seconds (or taking current timer of DR cast -20 seconds).
Yes, Kaiser's hypers are trash.
None of the Active Hypers are that great. I'm pretty sure most people are really only interested in the Passives. I'm really only interested in the Passives because my Actives aren't great either. Luminous and Dual Blade are the only ones that I think have good Actives.
