I did Empress today, I didn't use Final Trans at all during the fight. Majesty -> Tempest Blades -> Wingbeat -> Wingbeat -> Wingbeat -> Giga Command = Full gauge by the 20-25sec mark. Final Form lasts 90sec, which is CD of Majesty.
The ONLY bosses that warrants Majesty's full use are Empress, PB, and CPB. Even then, tracking Emp's DR timer is hella easy. So hard counting 80 seconds (or taking current timer of DR cast -20 seconds).
Yes, Kaiser's hypers are trash.
To be fair, kaiser's actual skill set is amazing. Much more amazing than a lot of the classes that got good hypers.
