first part: UA pala is fine, my paladin is a UA. Soul Driver hits slower than charged blow, but hits harder and 2 more monsters. paladin is fine in my opinion.

ACB hits 3 more monsters than CB and hits harder (while still being faster) though so that's only relevant for some of 60-100.

I'd mostly advise against Paladin because their specialty is 'elemental damage' and of late, that strictly means going up against extra resistances compared to other warriors. They do tank a bit better but don't have much DPS for endgame content which is already extremely dps-dependant more than anything else.
