It's no problem that someone is terrified when they see something they don't recognize in their food and freak out. The problem is when people take this isolated event and elevate it to the point that it's equivalent to a company knowingly putting drugged horsemeat in their food. Making a mountain of horse meat out of a molehill of chicken kidney.
Indeed, it's one thing if they demand a refund and quite another if they decide to sue. Sadly, horsemeat scandal or not, the latter may still happen.
