Pft. Motion aiming is better than autoaim- sorry, "analogue" aim where the game does all the hard work for you. I literally can't play any modern analogue stick shooter anymore because of the amount the game has to do for you in terms of aiming (That, and the linearization of shooters doesn't help either!)
Not to mention, the gamepad is identical to a "standard" controller: It literally has all the buttons an Xbox 360 controller has, so that argument really doesn't hold water.

The only reason the Wii didn't get ports of most major things during it's lifespan is because the hardware would have required the game to be rebuilt from the ground up, and probably wouldn't be as good a game as the PC/360/ps3 version anyway. (I'm thinking of, for example, dead rising: Chop till you drop). Wii U isn't because... Idk, it hasn't sold quite well enough yet? That's the bs publishers are going with, right?
