No and yes.
You don't really get a secondary weapon, however Haku can equip a fan himself when he's transformed.
That actually leaves room for more when they do release those secondary weapons everyone gets later, because the secondary weapon slot isn't used, Haku gets his own menu with a slot for his fan, the fans count as two handed weapons.
Ugh, not looking forward to this. Nothing against you GMSers here on SP, I'm just sick of my YouTube videos being barraged with stupidity, especially about how I'm not as good as them because I don't have broken gear and not Level 200. That sht is fuucking annoying.
Though, I do hope that there's no Kanna/Hayato Hypers for you guys yet...because we still don't have them in JMS. If GMS gets them first, I expect them to be bug ridden early releases that will screw the characters up, because this is Nexon.

Nope. Kanna was the first character to ever get a Level 2 Link Skill, even before KMS started doing that. It's pretty decent without it anyway (10 to all stats, 5 attack).
