So I was randomly perma-banned not too long ago. Possibly during the same wave as the Empress bans (though I was not at empress. I was training a lumi for the link skill at Aliens 6)
I had already moved on and chose to dedicate myself to another game... so this doesn't help me much. But just wanted to let everyone know that there's hope for the rest of you (possibly).
I'd like to thank GM Zyniden for releasing my account.
((I wonder if it's too much to ask to be placed back on the rankings T.T))
The response to my ticket sure was interesting though:
