False bannings galore.

Also, you guys seem to be under the impression that we specifically targeted his account. He was caught up in all the other bans we processed that night, as fairly and anonymously as everyone else who was. We actually did not know he was banned until afterwards, when he contacted us. We triple-checked the rest of the bans as well, due to this - because we honestly thought there was an error as well. What if we had wrongly banned others? Seriously, it is a very sinking feeling...we always want to make sure that our bans are fair. We really would not have expected him to abuse an exploit.

But we found that the bans were just, and we aren't going to break policy to release his account just because he's popular.

What's worse, he directly lied to us and abused our trust. That is the worst feeling in all of this.

Without any transparency there is no way we as a player base can tell who is lying. At this point it is up to bias.
