I had no idea those existed. When did they come out? Are they in a bundle with a pet or can you buy them separately?

You can buy them separately in the cash shop and they came out fairly recently in KMS, about somewhere in between Halloween and the CS/DS revamp. I don't know about 10 slots though and in any case that sounds way too freaking expensive. @_@
