Son's friend downloaded MS to his computer, and is trying to run it.
No matter what he does, after what appears to be a set time (he didn't time it, seems to be a minute or so) he gets a "disconnected from login server" message.
The farthest he was able to get was the "Create a Character" screen, and he was choosing its face and hair when he d/ced. Other times it was at the login screen, or entering the PIN.
I suspect this has something to do with anti-virus settings on the computer, not something in MS, but I don't know.
Anyone familiar with this problem?
