lol techno. mp3 is probably the largest mob-type map in GMS that yields pretty insane exp rates for midrange AR/E archers, and every cleric / warrior in existence. and as every cleric / warrior in existence learns this, mp3 fills up quick and archers need to get competitive FAST.
Leave bliz where it is. if you wanna be at mp3, you need AE and IA badly. so get that.
mp3 is blue and green ghosts from singapore (selkies and slimy, iirc). they are definitely not windraiders, but then again windraiders can and SHOULD be killed with your 2nd job skills. there is no need for inferno / bliz / AR(E) at WR's.
edit - bootes is msea. they don't have WR's. get AR for sure then.
