Morning comes and the remaining townspeople head to the town hall to decide what to do.
After a head count, seven people remain in this once-populated town.
[MENTION=10378]Curtiss[/MENTION] is missing, and so the townspeople head to Jack Hawking's lumber mill to see if he is still alive.
Almost predictably, the townspeople walk in to see Mr. Hawking sawed in half and lying in a pile of chopped wood. There don't seem to be any signs of a struggle, judging by the leaves around the area, but a search of the office reveals the key with the initials "REJ" on it, as well a letter inked with the same initials...
Further inspection of the office reveals that besides recovering the letter and taking the key, he did not have anything to do at night, nor did he have any ill intentions.
The people, distraught from the sight of the dead lumberjack, return to Town Hall. The letter is opened, and the townspeople read it hoping for a clue as to who has been murdering people.
There are too many places to check again at once, and so the townspeople decide which place is most worthy of going to.
Investigations Pending
Test the chemicals in the doctor's office. Might any of these chemicals help determine who killed the doctor, or anyone else?
*NEW* Search Old Tom's more thoroughly. Robert, whoever that is, instructed Elizabeth to go to Old Man Tom. There was nothing there before, but maybe a more thorough search would help?
*NEW* Go back to the garage. Elizabeth was supposed to flee town before she was found dead in the garage. Did she get this letter? If she did, what might be hidden in the garage?
*NEW* Check Mr. Hawking's more thoroughly. The key was definitely taken from the trapdoor in the garage, but how did Mr. Hawking get the letter? Maybe there is a clue in his office.
It is now Day 6. The lynch and the end of the day will occur at 9 PM PST on Wednesday, February 13, 2013.

You need to get out of town. Too many strange accidents have been happening lately and I fear for your safety. Please, take my car and drive to Somewhere. Your aunt there will take care of you.
I really don't think these are murders, my love, as much as they are unfortunate accidents. Still, if I could help unmask anyone with ill intentions I shall. I need to say here in Middle to confirm my suspicions. Please take care.
P.S. Old Man Tom may be able to help you. I heard that he has some extra gas and food that can keep you going.
