Whoops sorry if my explanation wasn't clear enough guys!
But Chilly's example is what i was going for in my initial post. That no matter if time is being sped up or slowed down, your aging, perception (everything looks slower,or faster to you) and metabolism still proceeds at 1x speed regardless of which mode you'd be in.
As in if you're slowing time down to half speed: a half hour of real time, would be percieved as a hour, and your body would have experienced an hour of aging as well.
If you're able to move at normal speed in slowed down or even sped up time, your whole body, right down to cell division must be working the same way too.
But yeah in both choices you experience/percieve a full life time at normal speed: but Slowing down time = shorter 'real time' life. Speeding up time = longer 'real time' life.
So in theory... would you pick between a technically shorter life where you could possibly do everything right on the first try? Or a technically longer life where you get to fast forward through the tedious waiting life offers and possibly experience more events?
I apologize, i'm gonna edit the OP to make that more clear, though most people have voted already. Oops.
