Pick a power: Slow down time or Speed it up.

This would depend on one thing: Can I bring people with me when I use my power? I'd much rather slow down time overall though because I like taking my time to do things and hate feeling rushed. To be able to slow down time for a set amount of hours would be like being in the hyperbolic time chamber- to train for a "marathon", to experience things in the moment and not worry about that one thing you needed to do the next day would be bliss. Speeding up I feel would be too lonely of an existence for me. Yes I can speed up time, but if I can't bring my friends with me, then what would be the point in living that era? Yes you could have bazillions of dollars, but if a nuclear war happens, then that doesn't exactly exist anymore. The only benefit would be to be able to see things go by over a long time, but you'd never be able to get the experience you would having lived through that time. Also- if the human race decides to settle on some far out planet when giant meteor smashes into Earth, then you're generally screwed.
