It's a civil matter. They have a contract with Nexon Korea. If Nexon feels AsiaSoft is breaking the contract, they can sue them. As long as they don't, the Law has no interest in the matter.

To be quite frank it would have to be legal because they wouldn't have access to the data unless under HQ's discretion. Nexon america has had entire patches copy and pasted from other versions (CMS example).

I was told that GMS's players had the impression of our funded players sitting on top of an oil reserve.
