I'd have to look again at their corporate structure but if I remember, essentially all distributors get local profits and send a % to the headquarters. So if I understand your question right, if asiasoft suddenly bought out/somehow gained publication rights that nexon america had access too, the structure wouldn't change just the title of the companies really.

One more thing, if Asiasoft's just a distributor(no they didn't gain publication rights) is it illegal if they alter content without consent?
