Anyone else lagging?

Town lag is extreamly horrible. Especially in El Nath, i was stuck there for almost an hour before managed to get out. And i also lag if im attacking more than 1 monster at a time. Bosses are fine but if it's more than 1 in the map, game completely freezes until i stop attacking or monsters die. Sometimes the lag ends and i find myself dead. Running the game with XP so might be that. Was playing perfect before tempest tho.
