While she is connected to all? the Heroes the storyline doesn't state she founded Henesys and started to train archers in case the Black Magician ever came back.
If I recall correctly, one of the job advancement quest has her reveal that she started to fight against the Black mage after he killed her father and she almost became evil because of it.
