Same, except I got a summeroid (with yellow kitty hair and some kind of pouty face. Oh well, could have been worse).
Several allies and buddies complained about getting only a pendant, but of course none of them got a pendant yesterday.
The event is now behaving the way Maple Admin said it would from the start: after you receive a gift, you must wait for the pendant. If for some reason you fail to, then the next day you will only get the pendant.
