Besides the attack, which is pretty significant, 15% Damage from Spirit Link, 25% DEF Ignore from Marksmanship, I'm pretty sure they have the same amount of crit as the other archers, and 15% Status/Element Resistance from Spirit Link.
I fail to see how this skill makes it that much better than Bowmasters.
