I assume that this 'nothing incriminating' is Maping's apartment which means that Maping is innocent. This is due to the sentence "On what seems to be a whim, they head to Old Tom's next" which means that the 'nothing incriminating' is not referring to Old Tom's. Of course, it's best if [MENTION=801]Jedward[/MENTION]; would make it clearer by making an updated list of the people dead or alive with their roles revealed when dead.
