INT or Magic Attack?

It's not a dumb question and isn't completely obvious.

I know there's a formula around here somewhere to find out what's better for you, int or matk.
But basically if you don't have a lot of % int gear, then matk>int.

I know for myself, 1 int>1 matk.

What level are you/ roughly what % int gear do you have?

Level 150 with roughly around 58% INT

I remembered that there was some kind of formula to it, and why I didn't think straight away that M.Att is better.

(I already have 2 innocence scrolls)
