How long does it take you to get your package through Duey?

If you cancel the package, the item disappears forever.

And I believe the tickets for the quick button didn't come out yet...and it's cash shop only.

When was it first available to use the quick transfer? Like 2 years ago almost? I don't think we will be getting the quick transfer. Nexon probably just forgot knowing them.
