I am glad the 2nd Hokage is dead and can't do pomegranate, I'd hate to have another Danzo messing around.
As for Hashirama, that was to be expected, yet I wasn't expecting it. With Jiraya and Minato the patern is kind of obvious. In any case dang, I'd love to see Hashirama meet Naruto and talk to each other, they'd end up eating ramen.
About Madara, I was expecting something like that. You don't try to create a world without pain and hatred (with no intention to rule it) just for the sake of evilness.
Oh by the way guys, if pain and anguish is what triggers the evolution of the sharingan, then most likely one more thing will happen if Sasuke is to rech Rinnegan. Kill Sakura plox.
