Air Strike Delay
Grenade Spamming (dropping on floor/straight down, 0 charge)
Grenade Delay (delay before another attack can be used. seems like almost nothing but whatever)

Above list is all we need to complete Pirates, I believe.

Slight problem with Grenade. The packet is sent based on when the bomb actually contacts the ground. If I swim around Aqua Road and dump 10 of them on my way down and they all hit at once, there will be 10 packets and the "delay" will appear to be extremely low. That means that there's not one variable that we can modify, there will always be two variables because it's a charge skill.

Even if I mash the keys as fast as I can, they can still hit the ground at different times and throw off an accurate assessment.

Just added Aerial Strike delay, going to add the other stuff with mobs in a bit.

EDIT: Scratch the latter half, added. You are correct, their spamming time is MUCH longer when hitting mobs (but their delay times are the same)
