Whether or not you need 2xx% pdr ignore is irrelevant because this is now the best gear available by a pretty large margin.
that is true .... but switching at this time is too expensive .... but you know one thing y not wait another year ... cuz the last thing i wanna know is another new set of level 160 gear coming out next year which will be even more stronger than b4 and has more boss dmg and switching this one will cost ur life lol.....
if ur poor it better u stay on empress dont go for 150 cuz knowning nexon level 160 gear is coming next year i call it
