Would the following be a viable choice for things like playing maple, browsing the internet, writing Java programs, skype, or all 4 at the same time?

It's a tablet/laptop hybrid from what I've gathered. Also, I understand it's a product with a fairly new concept but how long should I expect this thing to last?
