Why would you use 2 ROUTERS? Just use cheap layer3 switches for that! 
Something like:
(ISP)---(Modem)---(Router)--->Into Uplink Port 1>(Switch 1)--->Cable From Port 2--->Into Uplink Port 1>(Switch 2)---Etc....
And connect any device (PC/Laptop/Xbox/PS3/etc) you need to the remaining free switch ports (2,3,4,5,6,7, etc).
Those layer3 switches are like 10~20 dollar each. And you only need to setup the forwarding ports you need into the only router in your house...
Just make sure you give each device a different IP Adress...
