Nexon refuses to bring back permanent ANYTHING now, and I think perma hyper teleport rocks were 30 dollars, not 20. You probably got yours during a sale.
Also; Why does Nexon not bring back the shields and wards? They were stated to be a "permanent addition" to the cash shop... what a load of bull. They've probably been gone longer now than they ever have since their release.
